Develop Your ESP: A Quick and Easy Way to Become Psychic

"Be A Psychic It's Easier Thank You Think" exclaims the back cover of this slim volume from a psychic with more than thirty years of professional experience. This is a reprint of Ashby's 2004 book of the same title, and I didn't notice any updates or additions.

Overall I found this book to be an easy read, and I enjoyed Ashby's positive attitude. There are chapters describing the anatomy of our energy, foundation skills, cleansing and protection, keeping track, and interpreting the messages you receive. I particularly appreciated the exercises which are thoughtful and useful. Rather than attempting to force people into developing in ways which are perhaps not natural for them, Ashby encourages us to grow in our own way, pointing out that we are all basically psychic, but different. This is a very encouraging and sensible approach.
