Don’t be misled by the cheesy blue exterior of this CD – this is a well-produced, excellent collection of music from a group of talented musicians. Think Loreena McKennitt without vocals. Yes, that good.
We open with the Indian-flavored “Bollywood” and move throughout the exotic sounds of Egypt, Africa, Romania, and even the Celtic Isles.
This is music for ritual, for dance, for mediatation.
