Back in the mid 1990's I was working at a candy store in the local mall. My husband was desperately trying to find work and my job was our only income. One night, when I was taking a break from my kiosk, I found a cute little pink wallet. Opening it, I found a crisp fifty dollar bill.
I was shocked. Our water was due for shut off, and this was the exact amount we needed to pay to keep it on.
As I looked at the purse, with its little white bows and the money inside, I realized, this was a child's purse. It could have been a birthday gift, or perhaps she had worked for it and earned it. The point was, that the money wasn't mine to keep and I certainly was not going to steal from a child, not even to keep the water on.
So, I turned it in to the security office and hoped it made its way back to the owner.
I did a manifesting practice that night after work. The next day, the exact amount of money came to me, plus my husband got a job as a supervisor on a multi-million-dollar construction site.
I do know that wealth manifesting works. But, in my mind, that sort of magic was used only when one was in dire need and never used for anything frivolous. The Gods, as I was once told, were not my personal ATM.
However, the Universe itself is infinite. Energy flows from it and through everything that exists within it. And thanks to Pamela Chen's book, Wealth Witchery, I am learning how to let go of my limiting beliefs about wealth and allow abundance to flow to me.
As Auntie Mame said, “Life is a banquet, and most poor suckers are starving to death.”
We don't need to starve to death financially. The universe, gods, guides and ancestors are here to help us reach our full potential, and yes, that means financial potential as well. Through the pages of Wealth Witchery, you will find the tools you need to stabilize and increase your finances. And with this economy, drawing in wealth is of vital importance.
Wealth Witchery is a practical no nonsense guide on how to improve your finances and increase your wealth. Starting with the first chapters on how to let go of self limiting ideas about money, the author guides us through setting up a wealth altar, creating a wealth journal and working through a daily practice that utilizes thirteen “richuls” and thirteen spells. By the end of the book, you will learn that manifesting wealth is a lifestyle and not just something you use when you're desperate and short on cash.
This is undoubtedly the best and most practical text on success and abundance magic I've read in a while. Ms. Chen gives excellent financial advice as well as doable spells and rituals. I can't wait to begin this journey.
