Astrology tends to be a dry subject no matter how gregarious the teacher/ author. In fact the only two writers that I find engaging and accurate on the subject (Arthur Lipp-Bonewits and our own Elizabeth Hazel) aren't published (SADLY). But now that's changed because Teresa Reed's Astrology for Real Life is one of the best astrology books I have ever read.

A lot of information is packed into these pages, but the writing is so well done you won't feel at all like you are drudging. You'll learn where to get a chart done and be able to find the core trinity (sun, moon, and ascendant) and know why its important. Along the way Reed gives her readers all of the basic lingo and concepts that you need to get a grounding in astrology.

This is a fantastic book and was an absolute pleasure to review. Well worth getting no matter where you are in your practice, this has been one of the best books I've reviewed all year!
