Written in a style anyone can understand, Yoga Wisdom at Work by Maren and Jamie Showkeir, is a great introduction to yoga in general.  For anyone already experienced in yoga this is a great book to introduce yoga principles into a busy day to day life.  The authors give a good introduction to the history and theory of yoga, and then go into how there are eight limbs of yoga including the physical discipline, moral principles as well as breathing techniques.  Each limb has it's own chapter where the authors talk about the limb and give exercises that the reader can incorporate into his or her daily life.

The book is organized well; the chapters can be read in any order the reader wishes.  It really can be helpful for anyone who wishes to add yoga influenced calm and discipline to their life.  This is a book that I highly recommend to anyone looking for some yoga practices they can fit into a busy lifestyle.  It is easy to read, easy to understand with well thought out and easy to incorporate exercises.
